In 2017, owners Tom & Chelsea took a leap of faith and left corporate careers to launch a small, family-owned landscaping company. With just two employees and a couple of commercial lawn mowers, we launched Bell Landscaping, inspired by our daughter Isabella, whose name means beautiful. Beautiful landscaping is what we set out to do, so we quickly added a full list of landscaping services to our business offerings!
It took just one season to realize that we had grown too fast to keep operating out of our home. We rented a small retail space and set our eyes on finding a space that would allow us to operate the landscaping business out of and also fulfill the need for a local landscaping supply yard. Just one year that dream came true as we settled at our current home today in Canonsburg, PA. This completely refurbished property now includes a walk-in shop as well as the supply yard, Cecil Supply, which includes a selection of much, topsoil, decorative stone, gravel and more. Today, Bell Landscaping proudly employs more than 40 landscape professionals who help carry out our vision of beautiful landscaping every day.
We are a business that has been built largely on word-of-mouth advertising. We’ve been able to achieve this because we pride ourselves on the highest quality of work while upholding honesty and professionalism. We invest in our team personally and professionally, ensuring that we have the best employees possible to keep our clients feeling comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.

Tom is part owner in Bell Landscaping & Property Management. He has been working in the landscaping/hardscaping and construction industry for 15 years. Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Safety Management from Slippery Rock University. Tom loves vacationing with his wife and 2 kids as well as riding his dirtbike with his long-time riding buddies.

Chelsea is a Business Manager with a Bachelors in Accounting. She partners with her husband, Tom, to provide exceptional service to their customers. As part owner of Bell Landscaping and Property Management, she takes pride in the remarkable and beautiful work that they provide. In addition to the landscaping business, Chelsea also manages over 30 rental properties. She loves traveling with her husband and two children and currently lives in her hometown of Cecil.
Emmanuel V.
Manager
Emanuel has 14 years of experience working in the landscape field. His focus is on retaining walls, French drains and trees. He is a well-respected Manager at Bell Landscaping and Property Management. Customers always comment on how respectful he is. Emanuel enjoys working on cars in his free time and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Patrick R.
Patrick’s interest in the landscaping industry started at the age of 14. He joined the Bell Landscaping & Property Management team in 2018 and is most passionate about landscape construction, outdoor living installations and exterior design. His focus is Sales and Project Management. In addition to his career at Bell Landscaping, Patrick focuses on real estate investing. He enjoys archery and waterfowl hunting, resistance and cardio training and traveling. Patrick has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University.
